In particular, some functions of SOM Toolbox 2.0 are included in the Icasso software package: these functions have a copyright notice of their own.


Downloading and installing

  1. If you do not have FastICA 2 for MATLAB, install it first.
  2. Download Icasso 1.22 directory [icasso122.zip].
  3. Unzip the package.
  4. Add the new directory icasso122 into your MATLAB path. Use MATLAB's path browser or command addpath in MATLAB.
