Postdoc position in Speech Recognition, Adaptation, Synthesis, Retrieval and Translation

We are looking for a postdoc to join our research group working on machine learning and probabilistic modeling in speech recognition, adaptation, synthesis, retrieval and translation. Speech recognition group (led by Mikko Kurimo) belongs to the national Center of Excellence in Computational Inference (by prof Oja, 2012-2017). We are happy to consider outstanding candidates interested in any of our research themes, for example:

Postdoc: 1 year + extension possibilities. Starting date: As soon as possible.
Position requires a relevant doctoral degree in CS or EE, skills for doing excellent research in a group, and outstanding research experience in any of the research themes mentioned above. The candidate is expected to perform high-quality research, and assist in supervising PhD students.
