Stochastic Adaptive Dynamics of Complex Systems

This website reports the activities in the period of 7/2000-6/2003 of a multidisciplinary research consortium in the area of complex system models and their applications. This consortium is part of the MaDaMe research programme of the Academy of Finland and continues the work of the COSA consortium.

The research fields represented in the consortium are Computation Theory, Physics, Ecology, Economics, Computational Engineering, Biomathematics, and Mathematics. The emphasis of the work in the period reported has been on the stochastic and adaptive dynamical aspects of the models investigated.
